These conditions govern the use of the Aurora Capital site and platform. Read them before you register.

Aurora Capital is an informational and technology platform. The site presents the tool, explains how it works and collects registration requests; trades are carried out on the exchanges the user connects and with the entities that provide each financial service, not on this site. By browsing the site or creating an account you accept these conditions.

1. Use of the website and services

You may use the site and the platform if you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to contract in Colombia. You agree to provide true data, to keep your password confidential and to answer for the activity of your account. We may suspend access if we detect a use that breaches these terms or the law.

Accounts are personal: you may not lend, sell or share yours, and you must tell us at once if you suspect someone else is using it.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, resell or modify the platform, or use it to offer services to third parties, without our written authorisation. Nor may you try to reach restricted areas, bypass security controls or use automated systems to extract information from the site.

If you need to use information from the site for academic or press purposes, ask us by email and we will tell you the conditions.

3. Advertising materials and newsletters

When you register you may receive messages about the service. Promotional materials are informational, are not a binding offer and are not a personalised investment recommendation. You can stop receiving commercial communications at any time from the link in each email or by writing to us.

4. Intellectual property

The Aurora Capital name, the logo, the design, the texts, the software and the analysis models belong to the company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property rules. You are granted a personal, limited and revocable right to use the platform, with no transfer of any ownership right.

5. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. It explains what data is collected, what it is used for and how you can exercise your rights of access, update and deletion.

6. Links to third parties

The site may contain links to exchange, bank or payment-provider pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies. Visiting them is your decision and is governed by their own terms.

7. Prohibited use

It is forbidden to use the site for illegal or fraudulent activities, to send spam, to attack or overload the infrastructure, to introduce malicious software, to impersonate another person or to infringe third-party intellectual property. We may close accounts, hold transactions and bring the facts to the attention of the authorities.

If we detect a prohibited use we will tell you where possible and give you the chance to explain what happened, unless the law or security require us to act immediately.

8. Support

We handle queries by email at [email protected] and through your account manager, during the hours published on the contact page. Support is help in using the platform and is not legal, tax or investment advice.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The platform and the information on the site are offered "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information will always be complete and up to date. Nor do we guarantee investment results: trading carries risk and past results do not assure future ones.

Platform descriptions, calculator examples and the figures in user opinions are illustrative and do not predict what will happen in your account. You must assess for yourself whether the service is suitable for your situation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aurora Capital is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, losses arising from investment decisions, failures of exchanges or outside providers or causes beyond its control. Nothing here limits the non-waivable rights of consumers under the Consumer Statute.

Our total liability for any claim linked to the service is, where the law permits, limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to hold Aurora Capital harmless from third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the platform or the provision of false information, to the extent the law allows.

12. Other provisions

These conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. If any clause is declared invalid, the rest remain in force. We may amend the terms; changes take effect from publication of the updated version on this page, and continuing to use the service means accepting them. For consumer matters you may go to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.

The current version is always the one published on this page; if an amendment is unacceptable to you, you may close your account and withdraw your funds under the withdrawal policy before it takes effect.
