Account in your name
Payments from third-party accounts are rejected under anti-money-laundering rules.
These are the methods available in Colombia, their costs and how long they take. None carries a fee from Aurora Capital.
Try to use the same method to deposit and to withdraw: funds then go back the way they came and checks are quicker. Your bank, wallet or provider may add charges of its own that we do not control, and the maximum amounts for Nequi, Daviplata and cards are set by each issuer.
Timelines run from approval of the withdrawal, which happens after identity checks.
| Payment method | Type | Fee | Processing time | Description |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer | Savings or current account | Free | 1–3 business days | Withdraw to a Colombian bank account in your own name. Banks follow their own clearing calendar, so the credit can take up to three business days. |
| Nequi | Digital wallet | Free | Within 24 hours | If you deposited with Nequi, the withdrawal goes back to the same mobile number. Once approved, the balance is normally available in your wallet in under 24 hours. |
| Daviplata | Digital wallet | Free | Within 24 hours | The withdrawal returns to the Daviplata account you used to deposit. The wallet's daily limits apply to the amount you receive. |
| Visa | Debit / credit card | Free | 1–5 business days | Where your bank allows it, the withdrawal is returned to the same Visa card used for the deposit. The final credit depends on the issuer and normally takes one to five business days. |
| Mastercard | Debit / credit card | Free | 1–5 business days | If you deposited with Mastercard, the withdrawal can return to that card. Timing depends on the issuing bank and the payment network, between one and five business days. |
All of them are credited instantly once the bank, wallet or issuer confirms the payment.
| Payment method | Type | Fee | Processing time | Description |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PSE | Online bank transfer | Free | Instant | Pagos Seguros en Línea sends you to your bank's own site to authorise the payment from your savings or current account. It works with the main banks in the country and the deposit normally shows up as soon as the transaction is confirmed. |
| Nequi | Digital wallet | Free | Instant | Approve the payment from the Nequi app with your passcode. It is handy if you prefer not to use a card and the balance is credited once you confirm the notification. |
| Daviplata | Digital wallet | Free | Instant | Pay with your Daviplata balance and confirm with your passcode. Keep in mind that wallet limits are set by the issuer and may cap the amount of each deposit. |
| Visa | Debit / credit card | Free | Instant | Deposit with a Visa card issued by your bank. After authorisation the payment is normally processed immediately, although your bank may ask for an extra verification. |
| Mastercard | Debit / credit card | Free | Instant | Works the same way as Visa. Your issuing bank authenticates the transaction and, once approved, the amount shows in your account almost at once. |
| Apple Pay | Mobile wallet | Free | Instant | Pay from an iPhone or iPad with Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode. The card saved in your wallet is the one that is charged. |
| Google Pay | Mobile wallet | Free | Instant | Available on compatible Android devices. It is authorised with your fingerprint, face or phone PIN and the payment is processed with no extra steps. |

With PSE, Nequi and Daviplata the payment stays pending until you approve the notification. Do not close the window before that.
If the amount is over your wallet or card daily limit, split the deposit or ask your bank to raise the cap.
