  2. Call from your manager

    Within 24 hours your personal manager calls the number you left. If you cannot pick up, ask for another time at [email protected].

  3. Identity verification

    Before you deposit or withdraw we will ask for the documents described in the KYC and AML policy. It is an anti-money-laundering requirement.

Opening and keeping the account is free. The Basic plan starts at COP 1.000.000 as starting capital, not as a subscription. Trading costs are on the fees page.
